Bill is the Director of North U and author of NorthU Racing Tactics and NorthU Racing Trim books; and creator of the North U Tactics, and Trim CDs. His racing experience covers the spectrum, including everything from dinghies to big boats, ponds to oceans, and foredeck to helm.
Bill is flying direct from USA to give an exciting first presentation in Ireland at our conference. There will be a 1 hour session in morning and 1 hour in afternoon. more in article below
IRC NOTICE [11-11-2008]
There is currently a rumour circulating that the rating increase for composite standing rigging is going to be removed for 2009.
While it is true that the IRC Technical Committee is looking at the rating cost of composite standing rigging, it is unlikely that there will be any change at all. If there is, it will be small.
There is certainly no intention for 2009 of removing the rating cost for composite standing rigging.
